So ... I got some feedback for atsynct.com, but it was too vague to be helpful: "The landing page needs a lot of work but it sounds interesting." Any way to poke a reviewer and say "more info please"?

Feedback is intentionally anonymous so people actually leave feedback, we’ve also noticed people iterate quicker when it’s anonymous because they can’t write the person off. Curious what your personal thoughts are on the feedback?

Fair to keep it anonymous, I just don't see anything actionable I can do about the feedback that was given. If it said "Landing page doesn't explain the product" or "I don't like the color scheme", I'd have something to go on.

I just looked at your homepage. It’s auth and then two cards. I think I agree with the feedback, no clue what this product is. And having Auth as the first thing I read on mobile is somewhat strange.

Assume most users are coming via a mobile device. Also from an SEO perspective not having a proper H1 is going to hurt.
It's probably something I've done wrong, but I'm not getting data (verifieddr, history or backlinks) in the results view. If I click on the view verifieddr page, it shows the ratings.

Initially when I saw the video I found it a little jarring, but in the era of AI slop I am seeing the value as time goes on. Also I’ve seen a lot of other people compliment it so maybe I’m just a grandma 👵

2nd one - based on the feedback I got about ShipSwipe - people are often confused by 'poetic' wording and prefer the direct communication. ( Could be it's also because they use AI to consume content )
