BuildHop operates the startup discovery platform available at buildhop.io. You can contact BuildHop at hello@buildhop.io.

This page collects legal notices that sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between this page and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control for your use of BuildHop.

BuildHop displays founder-submitted products and related public information so visitors can discover new launches. A public listing does not mean BuildHop endorses, verifies, guarantees, or is affiliated with the listed product.

Founders are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of the materials they submit.

BuildHop uses strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, privacy choices, anti-abuse controls, and core discovery features. These are needed for requested service functionality and are not used for optional advertising.

Optional analytics cookies or storage are off until you accept analytics. Before acceptance, and after rejection, BuildHop uses PostHog in cookieless mode for pageview and pageleave analytics only, without optional analytics cookies, browser persistence, autocaptured interactions, user profiles, session replay, surveys, heatmaps, or product tours. You can reject analytics from the cookie banner or reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time.

BuildHop's name, logos, interface, code, copy, badges, and other service materials are owned by BuildHop or its licensors. Product names, logos, and trademarks submitted by founders belong to their respective owners.

You may not use BuildHop branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless BuildHop has given permission or provided an approved badge or asset for that purpose.

If you believe content on BuildHop infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, contact hello@buildhop.io with enough detail for us to identify the material, understand your claim, and contact you.

Please include the URL of the material, your contact information, a description of the rights at issue, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized. We may remove or restrict content while reviewing a notice.

If you believe you found a security issue, contact hello@buildhop.io. Please do not access, modify, delete, or disclose data that is not yours, and do not degrade the service while testing.
