Who are you, and what kind of problems do you like working on?

I guess the best way to answer this is, I like puzzles, in otherwords challenging problems, but also that have meaningful value for people. Is more important to build something useful that people will use, than something complicated or clever.

What are you building or working on right now?

Primarily Shiplog.ca and a few experiements around harnesses and custom agents.

What got you started on this?

A lot of things I'm working on right now are about scratching my own itch.

What's one thing that's changed your mind since you started building?

Distribution is a harder problem now that it was 5 years ago, there is so many people building things; building is now "easier" but grabbing peoples attention is so much harder.

What's a moment that told you something was actually working?

Shiplog.ca is a good example to me that working moment is when things are useful; shiplog.ca has been an incredibly powerful part of my workflow.

What's something you're stuck on right now, in any of your projects?

Time and focus, there are so many things to do, and so many projects I want to build.

What's one thing you'd want to share with first-time builders?

You will fail many times, but don't get discouraged; you have to keep trying. Perseverance is key.
