So ... I got some feedback for atsynct.com, but it was too vague to be helpful: "The landing page needs a lot of work but it sounds interesting." Any way to poke a reviewer and say "more info please"?
Feedback is intentionally anonymous so people actually leave feedback, we’ve also noticed people iterate quicker when it’s anonymous because they can’t write the person off. Curious what your personal thoughts are on the feedback?
Fair to keep it anonymous, I just don't see anything actionable I can do about the feedback that was given. If it said "Landing page doesn't explain the product" or "I don't like the color scheme", I'd have something to go on.
I just looked at your homepage. It’s auth and then two cards. I think I agree with the feedback, no clue what this product is. And having Auth as the first thing I read on mobile is somewhat strange.
Assume most users are coming via a mobile device. Also from an SEO perspective not having a proper H1 is going to hurt.
It's probably something I've done wrong, but I'm not getting data (verifieddr, history or backlinks) in the results view. If I click on the view verifieddr page, it shows the ratings.
I thought it was that I hadn't verified it on TDR but its been a few days now I think
oh also - i just got an email from them to add my gsc account, so if that has something to do with it, disregard. I just added it to the 2 projects like 10 mins ago

Hop ProductInitially when I saw the video I found it a little jarring, but in the era of AI slop I am seeing the value as time goes on. Also I’ve seen a lot of other people compliment it so maybe I’m just a grandma 👵
Hah, yeah, I totally get you I can totally imagine (and understand) the initial: "WTF?" reaction :D but it proved to be a way to get away from the usual AI slop mediocre
I'm a fan of the video, with that said I'd put a flag on it so you can see how many people are actually watching it?
It autoplays so I'm just assuming that everybody watches it ( not necessarily listens to it :D )

2nd - moar professional. 1st - more fun. (but some people might take "rabbit hole" as a negative connotation) Can you use both in different places/ways?. if not, I'd say #2
2nd one - based on the feedback I got about ShipSwipe - people are often confused by 'poetic' wording and prefer the direct communication. ( Could be it's also because they use AI to consume content )

It's fine at the first glance but - its boring / plain - API and MCP only appears in the menu on homepage - Not sure why I need to Create account if it's Self-hosted

Hop ProductThere are definitely some design considerations that could be taken into account, overall it is pretty clear, but there is a lot of information that hits you at first glance and as a new user I'm not immediately hooked in

These never seem to work and there’s suddenly 30 of them, maybe the product should assure it won’t mess up people’s LinkedIn and explain how it does that.

it's a legitimate fear - account bans can be a massive pain, especially if you've spent a lot of time getting an account respectable. I dont think it deserves a downvote - valid point about explaining how it doesnt lead to bans though
