It would probably be a tab and not clutter the homepage, we’re doing it purely for backlinks and SEO, better exposure for people posting to the feed.

Fresh UI, I really appreciate it. I'd like to remove at least 2 section on the Home page, I think it's a bit too long.

I feel like thats a personal opinion. I, for one, like simple pages that arent 10,000 scrolls long. I'd much rather click links and load pages dedicated to a smaller set of information. But again that's just me. Also not sure ->SEO/AEO

omg flashing lights, i might have just died oh i'm still alive, ok that was visually offensive when not expecting to be bombarded with flashing background. Also maybe some more content that isn't just women

Blunt feedback, but the right kind. Took it seriously and reworked the entire preview video set same day — no strobe clips, wider content mix. This is what "listening to feedback" should actually look like. Opinions?

What Sublimekeys solves and offers is very clear, the Hero section is optimized but I think you can add on-time payment instead of the free-plan.

I think it's worth considering. but that totally depends on what pricing model you want to use. everyone has opinions, so do your research on your industry and see what makes sense

Appreciate it, Todd. Free tier's a zero-commitment on-ramp so devs try it before paying. A one-time plan removes that step — risky when trust has to be earned first. Could work alongside free, not instead. Seen that combo work anywhere?

I’ve noticed that sometimes a free tier can result in losing someone who would have paid if the free tier isn’t valuable enough, something to keep in mind. A lot of people have been moving away from free tiers.

Fair point, coming from your background. That's why free is capped at 1 product/100 keys — enough to test a real idea, but a wall once you're running a business. What threshold makes a free tier "too generous" to you?

I wonder if instead of a slideshow in the third section you instead have a clickable demo of everything in the app, keep the slideshow for mobile, but on desktop it might be cool to have a 1 for 1 demo with dummy data.

the fully functional demo seems to be a common request - at least according feedback I've received. I personally don't really like that idea, but I'm probably just too old skool and need to adapt to the new ways.

you're just selling subdomains. shameful jk. I dont think thats bad, I just don't see the point/use for this. do you provide the websites to or is it literally just subdomain and they can use?

Hopefully for the right reasons and OP is partially right - we are selling subdomains - but they are highly personal invite links which can be memorised and read like a sentence. (We do have an amazing page builder too...)

That seems like a huge missed opportunity then, you should explain the page builder on the homepage and use time to live as a KPI for people.

I think the biggest problem with your product is the landing page, the hero isn't compelling this should probably be a large search bar that get's people into the 'find camping' flow followed by top camp sites. You need to rework this ASAP!

Can't figure out how to improve the "demo" without giving users full access. The app is not (will not be) free, so if they can just use the landing page to do their search, why sign up? I get the request to show functionality better...

I can see where the feedback is coming from, you might want to do a better job of explaining the features. You can also show mock data in a demo and maybe have public pages that serve as a promo opportunity with limited functionality.

the mouse is fun, but its bad UX. its so slow and distracting. I agree with the previous comments, the font is way too big - it actually makes it harder to read the content. Otherwise the app concept is decent. do you have competitors?

I don't know anything about character ai, but since it's potentially a competitor, look into it. identify why they think what they do, and address it, or if its untrue, figure out how you can show that on the landing page more clearly.

She does vary quite a bit from character ai and it does display it all on the front page. The generalized companion market will have most of them doing some overlap things. But all the of the most unique features are shown right away.
