No account and no sign-up is exactly right for this audience, and restore-from-a-code is a clever accountless sync trick. The tap-to-build pattern mirrors how rotas actually work. The gap: the promise is planning life around your rota, but that planning happens in Google or Apple Calendar, and the page never mentions export or sync. One tap into the calendar they already use would multiply the value. If losing the code loses the rota, say so loudly.
Swift CalThanks very much for the feedback! No account keeps things simple indeed. By “planning life around your rota,” I mean helping shift workers see their changing days off in advance and plan around them. Schedule editing is a new feature, without which generating the same rota on a new device would be very easy, but I agree that it needs a better way to save progress and sync across devices now.
