Leena Mohammed has responded to some feedback for Haseel
It's a good but some refinement is needed - need more visuals on your platform - your business has goes to another inline - try to fit that in - Do not have to call v1 - nobody wants a guinea pig, you can call it beta - promote it as an early bird - check accessibility standarts - some fonts can not be read properly - need pricing tiers and comparision overall right now it feels instructive, need to be promotional where you feel oh there'a a cool stuff here, i need to pay asap
Haseel"Thank you for this detailed feedback! I truly appreciate your notes on visuals and pricing. However, my current priority is validating the core idea and the problem itself, . I would love your honest thoughts on the business concept: Do you see this AI platform as a genuinely suitable solution to the problem of manual invoice chasing? Do you think B2B companies feel enough pain here to actually pay for it? Your perspective on this problem-solution fit is exactly what I need right now. Thanks!

1 - yes : they could even replace manual chasing on collections - sending reminders, calling clients or churn points 2 -yes and no - it's a problem but in an established market. So what's your value prop over competitors? More robust?- no, there are better solutions for that Easier? - don't think it's easier than excel Cheaper? I don't know - there's no price around hope this feedback makes sense now

thanks for the sharp feedback! To answer 'is it easier than Excel?': Excel is purely manual. Haseel provides end-to-end automation for the entire invoice lifecycle: creation, tracking, smart categorization, automated reminders, and final payment. Plus, it offers built-in invoice installment plans to help clients pay flexibly—something Excel can't do. You’re right about the pricing, I’m adding clear tiers to the site soon . Appreciate you pushing me to clarify this! 🙏"

no probs, enjoy it P.S - you could build macros on Excel even before AI ; automate most of it out - my point is you need to break a habit that most ppl are familiar with ; which is mostly Excel. Is my tool easy as Excel if not how can I differentiate it

"Spot on, Utku. Breaking the Excel habit is the real challenge. You’re absolutely right about macros, but they require setup, maintenance, and technical know-how. Haseel’s differentiation is zero-setup, out-of-the-box intelligence. You don’t build or fix macros; the AI instantly understands context, drafts polite, personalized follow-ups, and manages the workflow automatically. It’s easier than Excel because it removes the setup and maintenance entirely.
