This person was honest, and that's fine. But it is a problem and we all know it. Facebook/Meta has taken all the fun out of social sites. People all just hang their heads and say "Facebook sucks, but I'm going to log in because I use messenger" ie.. they give up and don't try to fix the problem of the major overreach. At least I'm trying to address the PROBLEM with my SOLUTION. Sure it sucks rn. It's day #2 and version 0.0001.
I honestly don't want to be rude, but the idea sucks, the execution sucks, the field u r entering is extremely hard, in fact one of the hardest to crack since u need huge adoption, and with all social media around rn u ask ppl to join a new one? i'm sorry but this is just bad in every way

I think you’re focusing too much on why YOU wanted to build this and not enough on the feedback around execution, which is valid, you even admit your agent built this in a matter of hours right? I’ll also say that a social network takes MASSIVE distribution or a massive marketing budget. I’d say focus less on the why and heavily consider the repeated feedback around execution.
