hahaha. yeah pretty much! its camping anywhere you don't register/reserve for a campsite essentially.

So yeah like backback / boomer camping, I used to do a lot of boomer camping when I was like 20, pretty sketchy, we would like take our jeeps and 4-wheel super sketchy trails in Cali into the deep wilderness and just camp haha.

hell yeah man! best kind of camping. no neighbors, just you, the sound of a babbling brook, and oh shit bear! RUNNNNN. (jk dont run from bears, they're faster than you)

"HEY BEAR, HEY BEAR, HEEEYYYYYY BEAR, YOU FUCK OFF BEAR" Is how I usually deal with bears. On the west coast i'm way more afraid of mountain lions than I am bears, and the bears here on the east coast are scared of anything.
