Feedback conversation
Marcin Dudek has responded to some feedback for ClaimTheThrone.org
oh that's little clone for outbid, good luck!
Nope. And for 2 reasons: Check the domain registrations - ClaimTheThrone was released MONTHS before outbid - so if anything, Outbid is the clone. Second Outbid was driven by greed and ClaimTheThrone is 100% charity.
Outbid is for sure the clone, these sites have existed since 2015. I think maybe you should consider further emphasizing that your website is for charity to further separate yourself. The charity aspect is a unique wedge.
Yeah, maybe I should actually emphasize both claims that - it predates Outbid by a few months - that it's Charity Good idea, thanks!
I wouldn’t worry about expressing that your product predates OutBid, seems defensive and offers no value to the user. Focus on standing out for being charitable, if you do want to combat the outbid shit I’d think owning it and being the first charity based site like this is probably a better route.
