Feedback conversation
Timur Pluzhnikov has responded to some feedback for Hitou
Pricing is extremely high for one song? Also, "Your song is just a couple of minutes away - we're recording it right now. We'll also send it to your inbox, so you don't have to keep this tab open." but you can't close the tab. Poor UX.
HitouSorry for the slow reply - you were right about that tab. The copy promised to email you the song before we'd even asked for your address, while the page actually needed you to stay. We rewrote it the next day, so thanks for flagging it. On price: you can hear a free 30-second preview of your actual song before paying, and buying gets you two full studio versions to download plus a gift page you can share. - Timur
