have to agree with other feedback - it's either too busy, or too hard to find what exactly Bidway is doing. do you help serve the ads, or just connect buyers/sellers?

So this is basically your own outbid. board but it lives on the publishers own website but people find the board and place the bid on bidway? Or have i misunderstood? Interesting concept

Yes exactly. Outbids will die soon, we have created new concept for long period. Think about that there are some bloggers, newspaper websites and you want to reach their visitors, that why bidway launched. It was also my needs for distribution my products.

I think this might be way cooler than the homepage would suggest, I almost hopped immediately because I misunderstood what the value prop was. Maybe less focus on the leaderboard and more focus on the outcome and problem this solves?

Looks great, good idea, but I think it’s a tad confusing at first, you may want to change the design a tad to better help distinguish from any kind of launch or bid platform. The promotion spots also kill trust on a site like this.
